Health and Safety Protocols
We are committed to the health and safety of every member of our community, including our students, musicians, production staff, patrons, volunteers, and everyone who enters the Community Arts Center space. Every effort is made to insure the health and safety of all. Our instructors are fully vaccinated and boosted.
Covid Protocols for NAPA courses and productions:

Masks to be worn when in the building. Mask breaks while social distancing will be permitted.

Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout our facility.

Our two Airocide Filtration Systems run 24/7 in the lobby and theatre space.

If a student has been exposed to Covid and is exhibiting 2 or more Covid related symptoms, he/she should not come to class until a negative test result can be provided, and should notify Karen Pinomaki by text to 707-583-6323 or karenpinomaki29@gmail.com.

If a student has been exposed to Covid but IT NOT exhibiting two or more symptoms

If student tests positive for Covid he/she must not come to class and should notify Karen Pinomaki by text to 707-583-6323 or karenpinomaki29@gmail.com.

At this time, a negative PCR test or Antigen rapid test result will be needed to return to class. This requirement can change according to any updates in CDC guidelines and Napa County guidelines.
Tuition policies regarding Covid:

Should N.A.P.A. need to suddenly cancel an in-person class or rehearsal due to any Covid related instances concerning the safety of all in the class:

The students will be notified immediately by email that the class will take place via ZOOM at the same time and day class is currently scheduled. Reimbursements will not be offered.

Should a course need to be canceled in its entirety for the remaining class schedule or production, the student will receive a return of tuition funds on a prorated basis from the time the course is canceled.

If a student feels it necessary to drop a course or production due to the Covid virus complications, he/she will be refunded at 50% of the original tuition or less, dependent on how many classes are left in the course schedule.
Covid Protocols for Performance Attendance:
QUICK OVERVIEW
Proof of Full Vaccination OR Negative Test for ALL patrons 5 and older. Proof of Full Vaccination is required with matching photo ID in order to pick up your tickets. A physical vaccination card, picture of vaccination card or digital vaccination record will suffice. A printout or photo of a negative COVID test is required for non-vaccinated patrons. This either means a negative in pharmacy/lab/home COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance. For testing in Napa we recommend N3 Laboratories, Kaiser, and pharmacies such as Rite-Aid and CVS.
Masks. Masks are required indoors for everyone in the building aged 2 and up. All face coverings must cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings. Arrive Early. We recommend arriving early to allow sufficient time for safety protocols.
Tickets. We will not be accepting tickets that are printed at home. If you have purchased tickets in advance, we will ask for proof of vaccination or negative test results at Will Call, and then we will hand you your tickets. If you are purchasing at the door, you will be asked for proof of vaccination or negative test results at the Box Office window.
Seating. We are reopening at 100% capacity in our 99-seat theatre.
Concessions. Concessions may or may not be for sale. If they are they will be open with a limited menu and may only be enjoyed outdoors before the show begins and at intermission. Food and drink will not be allowed to be consumed in the lobby or auditorium.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Please self-assess your health before leaving home by considering the following questions if you answer yes to any, we will happily reschedule to another day’s performance.

Within the past 10 days, have you been diagnosed with, or tested positive for, COVID-19?|

In the past 10-14 days, have you had close contact with anyone who has COVID-19, during their contagious period?

In the last 24 hours, including today, have you had any of the symptoms below, that is new or not explained by another condition?

A cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?

A fever of 100.4°F/38°C or higher?

Chills, fatigue, or muscle and body aches?

Headache or a sore throat?

A persistent runny nose?

Diarrhea?

Sudden loss of taste or smell?
By entering the building, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and answered “no” to all these questions.
YOUR PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE
Here’s what to expect when you arrive at Lucky Penny Productions:

Lobby doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance. We encourage patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance to allow adequate time for safety protocols.

Mandatory face coverings that completely cover nose and mouth, secured with ear loops or head strap are required at all times. Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable.

Restrooms and high traffic areas will be cleaned prior to the performance.

Hand sanitization stations will be available throughout the lobby.

Our two Airocide Filtration Systems run 24/7 in the lobby and theatre space, however the main entrance doors into the lobby will also remain open for ventilation.

The concessions bar will be open. Concessions may be enjoyed outdoors in the designated areas. Intermission concessions will also be available to pre-order before the show for easy pickup and longer enjoyment time during intermission. At this time, food and drink is not allowed in the theatre auditorium.

Actors will NOT be masked onstage, however all of our volunteers and production staff will be masked. All volunteers and production staff for Lucky Penny are vaccinated. All actors participating in Lucky Penny Performances are either a) vaccinated or b) take PCR tests and submit the negative results twice weekly during rehearsals and performances.
Guests who do not comply with these protocols will be denied entry or asked to leave the theatre.
What is the refund policy?
We understand that there are many concerns surrounding the pandemic, as well as constantly changing circumstances. With that in mind, we are more than happy to either a) give you a full refund on any tickets purchased for a performance that you no longer wish to attend, or b) transfer your tickets to another production/performance later in the season.
